Refund Eligibility:
Refunds can be requested only if the order has not been claimed.

Time Frame:
Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of purchase. If an order remains unclaimed for 24 hours, it will be automatically refunded according to our delivery guarantee.

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days after the request is received. Note that additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Policy Abuse:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is any suspicion of policy abuse.
